As a Breckenridge resident and broker associate since 1993, Stacy understands that buying land and building a home is one of life's most significant ventures. With an extensive understanding of the Summit County area, infused with industry-leading knowledge and continued education, Stacy instills confidence in the complexity of each real estate transaction.

Stacy extensive knowledge in new constructions has allowed her to participate in several new developments with Slifer Smith and Frampton. She acted as sales team member and intermediary for buyers of the Water House on Main Street luxury condominium development in Breckenridge.
Stacy was also appointed as sole broker of sales and marketing of the multi-million dollar Aspens at Eagles Nest residential development in Silverthorne, along with direct involvement with the developer on the design and sales launch.
